SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Fulltime)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare reports and analyze data on inventory, sales, and business performance of the store system every day/month/quarter/year.
• Prepare reports to calculate sales bonuses for sales staff, monthly accounting reconciliation.
• Synthesize sales program information and announce deployment to the store system.
• Synthesize reports, OKRs, KPIs, and department budgets.
• Organize business meetings periodically.
• Drafting internal documents, organizing information management and department processes.
• Promote departments in the commercial sector to support the implementation of sales activities. Monitor and handle arising situations and promptly report to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College level or higher majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing.
• 2 years or more experience in a similar position, with experience in the retail industry.
• Fairly good office computer skills, priority given to candidates proficient in Power BI.
• Have data synthesis and analysis skills.
• Have good planning and time management skills.
• Fairly good presentation and persuasion ability.
• Flexible, sensitive, careful and resistant to high pressure.
